These terms describe what LookStage provides, what it does not promise, what users are responsible for when uploading photos and buying credits, and how secure checkout providers are used for payments.

LookStage does not provide medical, dermatology, identity, age, legal, tattoo, cosmetic or professional salon advice.
A generated preview does not guarantee a real-world haircut, color, grooming or salon result.
Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload photos of another person without permission.
Do not use LookStage to harass, impersonate, exploit, sexualize, discriminate against or harm others.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, credits, rate limits, content restrictions or technical protections.
The current MVP is limited to age-appropriate hairstyle directions. Mature styling, adult content and permanent body-modification concepts are not part of the current product.
If you are uploading a minor’s photo, you must have the legal right to do so and should use conservative, age-appropriate settings.
Credits are used to request hairstyle generations. One hairstyle preview currently costs 2 credits.
AI providers can fail, timeout, rate-limit or return unusable results. Failed jobs are refunded according to the Refund Policy.
We may update pricing, credit packages, provider choices and product limits as the MVP evolves.
Payments for LookStage credit packs are processed through the configured checkout provider. The production checkout path uses PayPal or another enabled provider only when that provider is ready to grant credits and process refunds.
The final amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize through the payment provider. We grant credits after the payment is captured or otherwise confirmed by webhook or provider confirmation.
If a payment, tax, chargeback or payment-method issue is governed by the provider's rules, that provider's applicable terms control the payment-processing matter.
