How are credits charged?

Each ready template costs 2 credits. Beta and inspiration templates may differ; the cost is shown on the template card before you generate.

What happens to credits if a generation fails?

LookStage reserves credits when the job is queued and refunds them automatically if the provider fails or returns an empty result.

Do credits expire?

Credits attached to a paid pack do not expire as long as the account stays active. Promotional credits may follow the rules shown at issuance.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can request a refund through the contact page within 14 days for unused credits. The refund policy page documents the full conditions.
