Credit charging
A hairstyle generation reserves 2 credits when the job is queued.
If a job completes and returns a generated image, the credit charge remains final for that generation.
How credits, failed jobs and payment refunds work.
LookStage sells credit packs, not subscriptions. Failed provider jobs return credits to your balance automatically. Eligible cash refunds are processed back to the original payment method through the payment provider where supported.

If a generation provider fails, times out, is cancelled, returns no usable image, or loses the in-memory image payload before processing, the spent credits are automatically returned to your LookStage balance.
These refunds stay inside your LookStage account and do not cancel your underlying credit pack purchase. No payment refund is issued, because no service-level failure occurred at the payment layer.
Payment processing
Credit pack payments are processed through the configured checkout provider. Eligible cash refunds are issued back to your original payment method through that provider where supported. We do not store full payment card details.
Refunds normally appear within five to ten business days depending on the payment provider, your bank or your card issuer.
Unused credits β 14-day right of withdrawal
If your credit balance is fully unused, you may request a full refund (including tax) within fourteen days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. This implements the EU statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and is offered to all buyers, not only EU consumers.
We will process the eligible refund through the payment provider back to your original payment method where supported.
Used credits β digital content exception
Credits that have already been used for completed image generations are not refundable.
By starting a generation while signed in, you provide express consent for the immediate delivery of digital content, and the EU 14-day withdrawal right ceases to apply to the consumed portion (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
If only part of your credit pack has been used, we may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated or not credited to your account, please email [email protected] first. We commit to a first reply within three business days.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining credits while the dispute is being investigated.
No subscription
Current LookStage credit packs are one-time purchases. They are not recurring subscriptions, are not auto-renewed and are not auto-billed.
Credits currently do not expire, but product limits and pricing may change for future purchases.
